DescriptionThe Director HR Advisor Americas provides strategic leadership direction and oversight for the HR Advisor function ensuring consistent delivery of expert HR guidance manager enablement and scalable people leadership capability. This role is accountable for driving manager selfsufficiency HR process simplification and adoption of AIenabled and digital HR solutions while maintaining strong compliance and governance across HR practices.
You will report directly to our Sr Director HR Advisory and youll work out of our Charlotte NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will translate enterprise HR strategy into scalable advisor practices and manager experiences. You will impact the development and implementation of HR policies processes and programs that foster a positive work environment drive employee engagement and support the growth and success of the organization.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic direction and leadership across the Americas Region.
- Partner with leaders to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for simplification automation and AI enablement
- Develop and implement HR policies processes and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Business partnering or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition employee relations performance management and employee development.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in utilizing Generative AI in HR Processes to drive productivity
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
