Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek is a brand-new 40 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility opening in offer high-quality compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. Westrive to maximize the health function and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
How youll contribute
A Human Resources Assistant who excels in this role:
- Assisting with employee onboarding
- Follow up on background checks and other pre-employment items
- Coordinate orientation scheduling for leadership and new hire
- Badges
- Help with IT login
- I9 completions (Section 2 verifier)
- Collecting paperwork
- Filing HR Health and Education files
- Scheduling interviews and assisting in recruitment process
- IT point of contact for initial access and equipment requests
- Backup to payroll
- Creating the engagement events calendars/fliers birthday fliers Employee of the Month post etc.
- General follow up as needed with employees to collect documents or ensure trainings completion etc.
- Other duties as assigned

What were looking for
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Associate or bachelors degree
- Experience: One (1) year of related experience. Prior HR experience preferred
- Additional Requirements: Customer service administrative or office experience highly preferred
