Automotive Service Manager

Seeking an experienced customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department and deliver an exceptional ownership experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and knows how to balance operational excellence with a people first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department ensuring efficiency accuracy and high-quality work.
- Lead coach and develop service advisors technicians and support staff.
- Maintain strong KSI scores through exceptional customer communication and follow up.
- Manager work flow scheduling and shop capacity to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with factory warranty policies repair procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor financial performance including labor sales parts gross and departmental profitability.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with parts sales and management teams to support dealership goals.
Qualifications
- 3 years of service management or assistant service manager experience (KIA or import brand preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of high SCI performance.
- Solid understanding of warranty processes and dealership service operations.
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
- DealerTrack or similar DMS experience.
