About the Position
The Coordinator Equity & Inclusion is an exciting new role for a natural collaborator who will support the delivery of Arts Centre Melbournes inclusion strategies and initiatives.
This role is responsible for tracking supporting and delivering key actions within Arts Centre Melbournes Equity & Inclusion inclusion strategies and plans including the Gender Equality Action Plan and the Disability Equity & Inclusion Plan. The position will also elevate the profile of Equity & Inclusion across the organisation including through the acknowledgement of significant dates supporting the function of the Employee Networks (the Pride Network and the RISE: Racial Inclusion Support and Equity Network) and providing ad hoc coordination for projects and initiatives as addition the role provides administrative support to the Head of Equity & Inclusion and the broader Equity & Inclusion team. The successful candidate will bring a genuine passion for equity and inclusion experience in administrative roles strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
Part-time ongoing position (0.8 FTE). Band 3.1 $78901.68 p.a. (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
