Promotional Space Coordinator

2026 is shaping up to be a defining year. Our store network is growing our promotional program is becoming more sophisticated and clear accurate communication to stores has never been more important.

We are looking for a Promotional Space Coordinator to partner closely with our Operations Merchandise and Buying teams to ensure promotional space is planned communicated and executed flawlessly across our store network.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in retail operations or visual merchandising who enjoys structure problem solving and end to end ownership of execution.

What you will be doing

• Partnering with Operations Merchandise and Buying teams to support promotional execution
• Working with Buyers to plan and allocate promotional space
• Building visual merchandising guides using Spaceman and AutoCAD
• Ensuring promotional information from the Merchandise team is accurate and store ready
• Managing critical paths schedules and overlapping promotional periods
• Owning promotional space plans from concept through to in store execution
• Ensuring promotions run as expected and communication to stores is clear and consistent
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and ways of working

What you will bring

• Background in Retail Operations Visual Merchandising or a technical retail role
• Experience working with promotional plans or in store execution
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
