About the Role

This is a hands-on delivery-focused Talent role with a strong emphasis on technical recruitment across consulting environments.

You will play a critical role in scaling KJR by identifying attracting and securing high-quality technology talent particularly across software testing QA and delivery roles. This role is about owning recruitment outcomes end-to-end in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Working closely with the Chief Operations & People Officer and business leaders you will ensure we continue to build capability aligned to our client demand and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment (Primary Focus)

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across technical consulting roles nationally (e.g. Test Analysts Test Managers Automation Engineers Program Test Leads)
• Partner with GMs and Practice Leads to understand client-driven hiring needs and project requirements
• Proactively source talent via LinkedIn networks referrals and market mapping with a strong focus on hard-to-find QA and testing capability
• Screen candidates for both technical capability and consulting fit (client-facing delivery environments)
• Drive efficient and high-quality interview and selection processes
• Manage offers negotiations and candidate experience end-to-end
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines aligned to upcoming project demand
• Provide market insights on rates availability and talent trends

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle (Secondary)

• Support onboarding and offboarding across VIC ACT and QLD
• Coordinate contracts and system updates (Humanforce Talent Salesforce SharePoint)
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries
• Support day-to-day People & Culture operations

Culture & Engagement

• Support delivery of KJR Collective initiatives (events engagement programs internal activities)
• Assist with coordination and communications across a distributed workforce
• Contribute to maintaining a high-performing connected culture

About You

• Proven experience in technical recruitment/talent acquisition (essential)
• Strong experience recruiting within technology consulting QA/testing or IT delivery environments (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to source and assess technical talent in competitive markets
• Strong understanding of consulting environments and client-facing roles
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced delivery-driven environment
• Proactive hands-on and outcome-focused mindset
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
