About the Role
The Clinical Governance Coordinator coordinates clinical governance and quality activities across Ruahs programs and services. The role focuses on data analysis reporting policy and system improvement and supporting organisational readiness for accreditation.
You will work collaboratively with leaders and teams across the organisation to strengthen governance practices and support informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical governance quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collect analyse and report on clinical incidents risks and service practice issues
- Develop and maintain clinical governance data reports and dashboards for committees and leadership
- Support accreditation activities and ongoing organisational readiness
- Review and improve policies systems and processes in line with legislation and standards
- Provide advice and briefings to internal committees and stakeholders
- Contribute to training audits and improvement projects across the organisation
This is a full-time permanent position.
What were looking for
You are analytical organised and collaborative with the ability to work across complex service environments and translate data into meaningful insights.
You will demonstrate:
- Knowledge of clinical governance quality and risk management frameworks
- Strong data analysis audit and reporting capability
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting continuous improvement and change
- Experience in community services health mental health or human services (desirable)
- An understanding of diversity inclusion and culturally safe practice (desirable)

- Salary aligned with Level 5 of the Ruah Enterprise Agreement (SCHADS Award) starting at over $97000
