Primary Purpose:
To support the Employee Experience department by leading training sessions implementing organizational initiatives and providing administrative and facilitation support for leadership development internal academies and strategic planning teams. The position serves as a bridge between Employee Experience and Marketing & Communications ensuring smooth execution of projects and initiatives that enhance staff engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification
- Bachelors degree in education business communications marketing HR or related field required.
Skills
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (EE Marketing & Communications Leadership).
- Experience with standard design software (Adobe InDesign Canva or similar programs) preferred.
- Proficiency in standard office and presentation software; familiarity with project management tools a plus ().
Working Conditions:

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and facilitate internal trainings in-home professional development and Employee Experience initiatives.
- Support Employee Experience leadership in organizing and facilitating Internal Leadership Academies and Strategic Planning Implementation Team (SPIT) meetings.
- Works with the Communications and Marketing Specialist and Coordinator of Marketing & Communications to develop marketing and communications strategies working cross-functionally with service areas across the organization as necessary
- Collaborate with Employee Experience staff to plan implement and evaluate initiatives that promote staff development retention and engagement.
- Provide logistical support for department projects events and meetings.
- Manage assigned tasks calendars and communications to ensure effective coordination across teams.
- Assists with delivery of publications from point of inception through final delivery to include creative design photography copywriting copy editing proofreading and utilizing desktop publishing system and software to develop publications in house as needed
- Support strategic planning efforts and assist with documentation reporting and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate and support training for staff including in-home professional development meetings internal leadership academies and other Employee Experience initiatives.
- Assist Employee Experience leadership with planning facilitating and documenting Strategic Planning Implementation Team (SPIT) meetings with a focus on planning and performance management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team by assuming administrative tasks from the Coordinator supporting project execution and workload balance.
- Develop and deliver resources such as toolkits guides and communications to support supervisors and staff in planning and performance management (PPM).
- Track and monitor progress on strategic initiatives and PPM work plans; compile data and prepare summaries for reporting.
- Serves as a 4DX Coach by helping supervisors and teams identify Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) establish lead measures maintain visible scoreboards and run consistent accountability check-ins that drive focus follow-through and measurable progress on strategic priorities.
- Assists in management of social media presence for organization.
- Assists in serving as a main communicator between ESC HR and school districts providing timely updates consistent messaging and building strong relationships with district leaders and HR staff.
- Provide direct guidance and consultation to districts on HR policies compliance and employee-related processes acting as a trusted resource and problem-solver.
- Develop and deliver training workshops and resources on critical HR topics to build district capacity and strengthen HR operations.
- Develops and manages the ESC internship program including design recruitment onboarding supervision support and evaluation of interns.
- Builds and sustains partnerships with universities CTE programs workforce boards and districts to expand internship opportunities regionally.
- Promotes and communicates internship program impact sharing success stories and providing resources and guidance for ESC supervisors and district partners.
- Serve as the Lead Trainer for required customer service training including managing the training calendar scheduling sessions coordinating backup/co-trainers maintaining accurate training records and tracking staff participation and completion to ensure compliance and consistent implementation across the organization.
- Travels as a part of job responsibilities.
- Maintains a functioning cell phone and is accessible through this phone as deemed appropriate by the service area director. A functioning cell phone means that it is charged activated messages checked and mailbox emptied regularly.
- Reports for work ready to perform responsibilities.
- Performs duties that directly and/or indirectly impact student performance in Region 16.
- Maintains a professional level of confidentiality regarding all ESC matters.
