Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Technical Operations Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital commerce operations. You will work closely with our eCommerce Development Operations teams to support the day-to-day development operations of our global eCommerce platform.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Assist in the daily monitoring of eCommerce platform to ensure system health performance and uptime.
- Help to set up our performance environment to run performance script.
- Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues related to build and deploy process.
- Participate in testing activities for new features deployments and platform upgrades.
- Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business eCommerce or related field.
- Strong interest in eCommerce digital operations and technical problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS APIs data feeds) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or similar data tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in solving problems.
