THIS ROLE
Provides basic payment processing and data administration support
Focuses on routine straightforward transactions
Learns core banking systems and processes
Core Responsibilities:
Processes standard payments following established procedures
Maintains basic data quality in systems
Follows checklists and procedures to minimize risk
Completes accurate time reporting
Tasks:
Processes simple payment transactions
Updates basic static data
Responds to routine client queries
Uses banking platforms for standard transactions
Maintains accurate records in time reporting system
Qualifications :
ABOUT YOU
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in business finance or related field preferred
Professional Experience:
0- 1 year of experience in payment processing banking or administrative support roles
Basic understanding of financial transactions and banking systems
Experience with data quality management and adherence to standard operating procedures is beneficial
Skills and Key Behaviours:
