Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a member of the legal team to deliver legal support for the Corporations businesses in Hong Kong and internationally
  • Prepare review and organize legal documents and assist in due diligence processes to help manage legal risks
  • Conduct legal research and apply legal principles to address practical issues
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support various initiatives including tender submissions cross-border transactions franchise operation and maintenance and consultancy services
  • Provide general legal and administrative support such as attending meetings liaising with relevant parties and arranging for execution of legal documents
Requirements
  • Degree in law or a relevant discipline is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant legal work experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Remarks
  • Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
