Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the legal team to deliver legal support for the Corporations businesses in Hong Kong and internationally
- Prepare review and organize legal documents and assist in due diligence processes to help manage legal risks
- Conduct legal research and apply legal principles to address practical issues
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support various initiatives including tender submissions cross-border transactions franchise operation and maintenance and consultancy services
- Provide general legal and administrative support such as attending meetings liaising with relevant parties and arranging for execution of legal documents
Requirements
- Degree in law or a relevant discipline is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant legal work experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
