Job Summary
Our division focuses on energy management solutions in the fields of heating cooling and wellbeing delivering innovative HVAC technologies across the South-East European region.
Your tasks:
Implement regional marketing activities for our HVAC energy management solutions across South-East Europe.
Support the development and execution of future-oriented marketing strategies using digital tools predictive analytics and personalized customer journeys.
Lead content localization and brand communication to strengthen Boschs position as an industry authority in modern HVAC technologies.
Manage and optimize local digital channels (SEO AI-driven search paid media email marketing) together with the Regional Digital Expert to increase conversion and ROI.
Apply a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with distributors contractors and internal teams to provide marketing tools and insights that support sales performance.
Coordinate integrated 360 marketing campaigns including online and offline activities such as trade events promotions and partner initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelors and Masters degree (or MBA) in Marketing Business Administration Communication or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing ideally in technology HVAC building technology or similar industries.
Proven experience in 360 marketing campaign implementation combining digital and offline activities.
Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Native or Proficiency level in Hungarian Proficiency level in English.
