Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

Deployment Planning & Execution

• Partner with regional Supply Chain teams to gather requirements and identify operational pain points.

• Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions supporting KPI management process visibility and execution efficiency.

• Plan and execute deployment activities for dashboards workflows and reporting tools ensuring alignment across functions regions and IT.

• Support solution testing issue resolution and go-live readiness in compliance with technical standards and governance.

Functional Readiness & Standards

• Define and maintain functional requirements usage guidelines and process standards for all developed solutions.

• Ensure tools are built in accordance with data governance principles and business standards promoting regional standardization while accommodating local needs where appropriate.

• Develop training materials and user documentation to support end-user readiness and process adherence.

Cutover Stabilization & Adoption

• Coordinate cutover planning and go-live execution for new tools and process improvements.

• Monitor post-deployment performance manage issue resolution and track solution usage and user feedback.

• Provide ongoing training and support to drive adoption gather enhancement opportunities and ensure long-term sustainability through governance routines.

Required Qualifications (What you will bring):

• Education:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration Engineering Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field.

• Experience:Background in Supply Chain data management digital transformation business analytics or process improvement.

• Technical Skills/Tools:

  • Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and business process data.

  • Familiarity with workflow tools automation solutions and digital process improvement methodologies.

  • Understanding of AI and digital technologies applicable to business optimization.

• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Proven project coordination cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communicator able to train users and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• A successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.
