Job Summary
The BIM Specialist supports the development and coordination of Building Information Models for infrastructure and building projects. Working under direct supervision the role assists project teams in creating modifying and managing 3D models visualizations and digital project data to support design development presentations and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Works under direct supervision to support BIM modeling and coordination activities.
Assists in the creation and modification of 3D models renderings and animations for project development proposals and promotional materials.
Supports project teams by preparing visualizations drawings and digital assets for internal and client presentations.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM data and imagery into project documentation and presentations using standard software tools.
Assists in maintaining BIM standards modeling workflows and project documentation procedures.
Supports coordination between different design disciplines within the BIM environment.
Helps maintain organized model files libraries templates and digital project records.
Performs assigned tasks in accordance with company quality standards processes and project requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture Civil Engineering or related field.
25 years of experience in BIM modeling or digital design support (preferred).
Familiarity with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD or similar tools.
Additional Information :
Basic understanding of BIM workflows 3D modeling and digital collaboration platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment under supervision.
Good communication and organizational skills.
