Customer Support Specialist SaaS $450$700 USD/month Fully Remote
Location: Fully remote you can be based anywhere in the world
Hours: Flexible some overlap with UK GMT or US EST required for shift coverage
Salary: $450$700 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent
About the company
Remote World is partnering with a UK-based B2B SaaS company to hire for this role. They build accounting and invoicing software used by over 80000 small businesses and their support team is central to retention customers who get great help stay.
The role
Youll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via live chat and email. Youll answer questions troubleshoot issues and escalate anything that needs engineering attention making sure customers can get on with running their businesses without interruption.
What youll do
- Respond to customer queries via live chat and email within SLA targets
- Troubleshoot product issues and walk customers through solutions step by step
- Escalate bugs and complex cases to the technical team with full context
- Update the help centre with answers to questions that come up repeatedly
- Track patterns in support volume to flag product improvement opportunities
What youll need
- Excellent written English professional warm and easy to understand
- Patient and empathetic youre calm when customers are frustrated
- Reliable and organised you hit SLA targets and keep queues under control
- Quick learner you can get to grips with software products and explain them clearly
Nice to have
- Previous experience in SaaS customer support
- Familiarity with Intercom Zendesk or similar helpdesk tools
- Background in accounting bookkeeping or finance
