Your Role:
As a Client Experience Consultant youll be the trusted point of contact for customers ensuring they receive not just servicebut a genuinely positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing timely and empathetic support while resolving customer inquiries with professionalism;
Taking ownership of issues navigating solutions independently while following company policies;
Maintaining high-quality service standards across every touchpoint of the customer journey;
Handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced evolving environment;
Proactively following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction;

Qualifications :

Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken;
A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities;
Analytical mindset and confident decision-maker;
