What This Role Is All About
Likewize is searching for a talented and driven Tax Manager to join us at our corporate headquarters in Southlake this role youll be the goto expert ensuring our income tax accounting and compliance are running smoothly especially when it comes to U.S. international tax ASC 740 and transfer pricing.

Your Key Areas of Focus
Income Tax Accounting (ASC 740)
Lead the global quarterly/annual tax provision process and keep everything ASC 740compliant.
Review tax accounts temporary differences uncertain positions and valuation allowances.
Partner with external reporting on disclosures and audits.
Work with international teams to review foreign tax provisions each quarter.
Keep internal controls tight and tax accounting processes compliant.
U.S. International Tax Compliance & Planning
Run key U.S. international tax calculations (GILTI Subpart F BEAT FTCs).
Team up with thirdparty providers on U.S. international filings (and more).
Support transfer pricing documentation and CbC reporting.
Help drive foreign compliance repatriation planning and cash tax optimization.
Stay ahead of new rules (like OECD Pillar Two) and what they mean for the business.
Jump in on foreign audits and tax planning projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy
Work with FP&A accounting legal and global teams to make sure tax impacts are front and center in business decisions.
Help improve global tax reporting data systems and automationalways looking for smarter smoother processes.
What Were Looking For
A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field paired with 8 years of progressive corporate income tax experience (ideally across both public accounting and multinational exposure)
Strong working knowledge of ASC 740 and key U.S. international tax areas (GILTI Subpart F FDII FTCs BEAT)
Comfortable working with global tax provision tools (OneSource CorpTax) and ERP systems like NetSuite or Oracle you know your way around the tech that keeps tax running
Strong analytical skills with a natural instinct for improving processes and making things run smoother
A clear confident communicator with projectmanagement skills that keep teams aligned even across global time zones
Thrives in fastmoving highgrowth environments and can juggle multiple priorities with ease
