THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Functional Application Support for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Opportunity to lead major projects
By leading projects for an international Axians customer you can make your mark in the IT world.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Functional Application Support for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Incident Management: resolve or guide towards the resolution of any technical or functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem
- Regularly make suggestions to avoid repetitive manual tasks
- Regularly update the support documentation and create user guides
- Collaborate with different teams (project IT FO MO) to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with project teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Release management
- Previous experience with SQL
- Proficiency working in a UNIX environment
- Understanding of ITIL principles
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or another enterprise ticketing system
- Familiarity with Financial Markets preferably with exposure to transversal financial market processes
- Fluency in English
