Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS Python and ETL processes and will support data integration transformation and analytics initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design build and optimize ETL data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs
Develop and maintain data solutions on AWS cloud platform
Write efficient and scalable Python scripts for data processing and automation
Work with large datasets to ensure data quality integrity and performance
Collaborate with data analysts data scientists and business stakeholders to gather requirements
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and pipeline failures
Implement best practices for data governance security and documentation
Optimize data storage and retrieval for high performance and cost efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience working as a Data Engineer
Hands-on expertise with AWS services (such as S3 Glue Redshift Lambda or EMR) Proficiency in Python programming for data engineering tasks
Solid experience in ETL development and data pipeline architecture
Experience working with SQL and relational / NoSQL databases
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and big data processing
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow)
Knowledge of data modeling and performance tuning
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices in data environments
