The Business Analyst role in Austin TX involves coordinating with vendors developing project artifacts troubleshooting system issues and managing project scope. The analyst will also identify project risks analyze HHS policies and maintain requirements using TFS in an Agile environment. Experience with Texas HHSC processes and Medicaid/CHIP systems is highly valued.

Location:Austin Texas United States
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with outside vendors to complete projects and service requests.
- Develop and review project artifacts such as test cases requirements documentation and technical specifications.
- Consult on system analysis troubleshoot problems and support solution implementations.
- Manage project scope acceptance and deployment and monitor system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Identify project risks and design mitigation strategies.
- Analyze HHS policies and their effect on automated systems.
- Create manage and maintain requirements using TFS.
- Update portfolio project management tools and manage state-level major information resource project information.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Experience using Microsoft products such as MS Office and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise system components such as user interfaces data layers infrastructure and integrations.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Working in an Agile environment (preferably SAFe).
