Job Summary

IT Tester - Marketing Technology

Open ended contract

Work is HYBRID 3 x per week onsite in Vienna VA

Additional info:

Execute functional system and regression testing across marketing orchestration platforms including Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and related MarTech applications
Validate campaign logic customer decisioning and data flows using SQL and database query tools
Identify troubleshoot and document defects in high-frequency release cycle environments
Collaborate with developers and marketing technology teams supporting platforms such as Pega CDH AEM/AEC and Perfecto to ensure high-quality releases

A top Fortune 50 financial institution is seeking an IT Tester for its offices in Vienna VA. This role focuses on validating system functionality and ensuring quality across marketing technology platforms supporting customer engagement and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

Executing functional system and regression testing across marketing orchestration platforms including Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and related MarTech applications
Validating campaign logic customer decisioning and data flows using SQL and database query tools
Identifying troubleshooting and documenting defects in high-frequency release cycle environments
Collaborating with developers and marketing technology teams to ensure high-quality releases
Supporting testing efforts in Agile environments with frequent release cycles
Performing other duties as needed

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in software or system testing
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with SQL or other database query languages
Experience performing testing in environments with high-frequency release cycles
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work proactively and escalate issues when needed

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/AEC)
Experience using the Perfecto testing platform
Experience working with Pega Customer Decision Hub
Experience supporting Marketing Technology or Campaign Orchestration platforms
