DescriptionYou will report directly to our Anticorruption Department Head and youll work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the organization by providing expert legal advice and guidance on Anticorruption and Antitrust matters ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local legislations and advising on the risk management metrics and legal implications of business operation.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Global Anticorruption Risk Management. Identify assess and mitigate ABAC risks across the companys operations including metrics.
- Compliance Program implementation and oversight. Support the design implementation and continuous improvement of the global Program.
- Third-Party Risk Management. Provide compliance guidance on the onboarding due diligence contracting and monitoring third parties.
- Business Advisory and Training. Serve as a trusted advisor to the business by providing guidance on Anticorruption and Antitrust matters and deliver training and awareness programs to promote a strong culture of compliance.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance investigations or regulatory matters within a multinational corporation or international law firm.
- Strong expertise in anticorruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other global anti-bribery regulations.
- Demonstrated experience with competition/antitrust laws including the Sherman Antitrust Act and other international competition frameworks.
- Experience advising on risk management in manufacturing environments including maquiladora or cross-border industrial operations.
- Experience managing third-party risk including distributors agents consultants and joint venture partners.
- Familiarity with government contracting risks and interactions with government officials particularly in regulated industries such as aerospace defense or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience conducting or supporting internal investigations remediation plans and compliance monitoring.
