Teledyne e2v Semiconductors SAS located in Saint-Egrève (near Grenoble) has been a semiconductor specialist since 1955. Our 400employee site brings together research and development teams production workshops and support functions for two main business areas:

  • Machine Vision Sensors (MVS) for image sensors dental sensors and cameras.
  • High-Performance and High-Reliability semiconductor products: microprocessors memories and highspeed data converters.

Job Description :

In support of the growth of our Semiconductors business we are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) covering the Southern-Europe Middle East and Africa part of the region.

As an essential part of the global Teledyne e2v Semiconductors sales team you will represent our technological excellence across your territory and become a key ambassador of Teledyne e2v. Beyond selling products you will build longlasting relationships shape customer strategies and help position our solutions where they can truly make a difference.

You will collaborate closely with our technical teams ensuring customer needs are understood supported and integrated into future developments. Your role directly contributes to Teledynes growth visibility and success in highimpact markets.

What Youll Do

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth within the assigned EMEA territory and deliver on annual sales targets.
  • Promote the entire product portfolio ensuring a clear understanding of technical and commercial value propositions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows customer visits technical workshops and industry events.
  • Identify new business opportunities emerging markets and potential new customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data including opportunity tracking pipeline management and forecasts.

Customer & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts OEMs and integrators.
  • Support train and manage distributors/agents in the territory.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction follow up on technical and commercial issues and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Operations Finance Legal and Customer Support teams.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Develop actionable sales strategies and account plans for both direct customers and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends competition pricing dynamics and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Marketing teams to support roadmap development.
  • Contribute to forecasting budget planning and longterm regional strategy.

What You Need to be successful in this role

Requirements

  • Strong experience in technical sales business development or account management
  • Listening probing and analysis skills to capture Customers requirements
  • Ability to create strong and meaningful relationships with technical and business stakeholders at both Teledyne e2v and Customers.
  • Genuine interest in hightechnology environments (semiconductors imaging electronics)
  • Skilled communicator comfortable presenting technical value in a clear and engaging way
  • Proactive autonomous and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to travel within the territory and to work within a multi-cultural environment
  • Fully proficiency in French and English. One or more additional European languages (German Spanish or Italian) would be a plus.
  • Drivers license

Preferred

  • Experience in technical sale of microprocessors memories data converters and/or RF products is a clear advantage
  • Experience in managing both direct and indirect sales through distributors or channel partners
  • Exposure to industrial defense and aerospace markets
