Role: Senior Sales Development Representative

Location: London

Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum 3x/week in their local office. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible.

As a Senior Sales Development Representative you will be a driving force in expanding our exclusive community. This is a step up from the standard SDR role designed for a high-performing professional who already possesses the confidence executive presence and gravitas to engage with the worlds most senior procurement leaders.

You will act as our primary intelligence agent in the market pitching our membership and building sophisticated relationships with C-Suite executives within multi-billion dollar organisations. We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running bringing a minimum of 2 years of proven SDR or Business Development experience to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outreach: Conducting high-level cold-calling and multi-channel prospecting to educate C-Suite executives on the strategic value Procurement Leaders delivers to its community.
  • Pipeline Generation: Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying accounts.
  • Tool Expertise: Utilising lead generation tools and sales development best practices including advanced email phone and Linkedin-use to maximise conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Sales Directors to support high-stakes sales calls and providing detailed intelligence and call notes to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Data Integrity: Accurately and continuously update data on prospect accounts and contacts within our systems.
  • Mentorship & Growth: As a Senior Associate you will be expected to lead by example demonstrating best practices in sales development for the wider team.

Who you are

  • Experienced: You have 2 years of experience in a Sales Development (SDR) or Business Development (BDM) role preferably within a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Executive Presence: You possess the gravitas and communication skills necessary to tailor your style for the most senior executives at global brands.
  • Results-Oriented: You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and a relentless drive to succeed.
  • Resilient & Creative: You are a collaborative team player who finds creative solutions to overcome objections and navigate complex organisations
