The Role
Youll take full ownership of the customer journey - from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Build rapport and understand customer needs
- Recommend new and used vehicles
- Introduce finance and insurance products
- Deliver a professional end-to-end buying experience
Full training is provided including a dedicated 2-3-day Sales Customer Journey course to set you up for success.
