Required Qualifications
5 years of experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications
Strong understanding of application support configuration and troubleshooting
Experience working with order management billing or commerce platforms
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting telecom eCommerce or subscription platforms
Familiarity with APIs databases and integration patterns
Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or cloud environments
