About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing internal and external examinations including scheduling room allocation and invigilation arrangements

  • Liaising with examination boards to ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines

  • Preparing exam materials registers and timetables

  • Supporting staff and pupils with exam-related queries

  • Maintaining accurate records of examination results and reports

  • Coordinating and training invigilators for examinations

  • Ensuring all exam materials and student data are handled securely and confidentially

  • Supporting school administration with exam-related policies and reporting

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in school administration preferably including exam management

  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Be confident in using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • Be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
