The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of examinations within the school. You will work closely with leadership teaching staff and external examination boards to ensure compliance with regulations and the timely delivery of exams.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing internal and external examinations including scheduling room allocation and invigilation arrangements
Liaising with examination boards to ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines
Preparing exam materials registers and timetables
Supporting staff and pupils with exam-related queries
Maintaining accurate records of examination results and reports
Coordinating and training invigilators for examinations
Ensuring all exam materials and student data are handled securely and confidentially
Supporting school administration with exam-related policies and reporting
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in school administration preferably including exam management
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident in using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
Be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
