We are seeking a high-calibre Attendance & Welfare Officer for an Outstanding secondary school in Birmingham. This role is for an April 2026 start and focuses on providing the administrative and pastoral support required to help students maintain exceptional levels of engagement. Responsibilities
Manage the schools daily attendance registers and First Day Calling procedures
Conduct home visits and attend multi-agency meetings for vulnerable students
Analyze attendance data to identify patterns and implement improvement strategies
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for the Senior Leadership Team
