Requirements
- Degree in Finance / Accountancy or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably gained in sizeable organisations
- Possession of professional membership in HKICPA ACCA or other recognised institutions is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese as well as ability to work independently and under pressure
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Oracle Financial System and software applications

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team to provide full range of Accounts Receivables & Payables services for the Corporation
- Monitor payments and receivable processes to ensure accurate recording timely settlement and full compliance with the Corporations policies and procedures
- Maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders and handle users / vendors enquiry in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure governance and controls are in place for related payment supporting systems
- Review reports and audit schedules for financial / management reporting
- Propose and lead system / workflow enhancement works and handle ad-hoc tasks when required
