Work Schedule:

100% FTE full-time. Day shift Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p. Weekends and Holidays as needed. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business or related study. Required
Masters Degree in Business Management or Administration. Preferred

Work Experience

Five (5) years progressively responsible maintenance operations safety and emergency management experience with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity. Required
Five (5) years of supervisory experience in healthcare maintenance operations safety and emergency management. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Must possess a current valid drivers license issued by the individuals state of residence.
Must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience to operate a Personal Vehicle Patient/Visitor Vehicle or standard UW Health Fleet Vehicle. Required
Certification through a state national facilities or similar organization. Preferred
