Job description :
- Supervise and co ordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure that production targets Quality standards by inprocess inspection and delivery shcedules are met.
- Monitor equipements manpower and material usage to optimise efficiency and cost of operation.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and process deviation by proper co ordination with other related deparments.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices 5S and continous imporvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
- Receive review and interpret engineering drawing job orders and technical documents.
- Ensure that safety procedures and work place hygiene are strickly followed.
- Co ordinate with related departments to ensure seamless production flow.
- Train and support shop floor workers and machine operators as per SOPs.
- Execute specific tasks given by superiors and give required reports.
Required Skills :
- BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Production Or Industrial.
- ASME BPE Six sigma Lean manufacturing ISO Poka yoke 5S 7 QC tools( Not mendatory but preferable ); MIG TIG Welding knowledge.
- Experience in fabrication industries like Rotary equipement pressure vessle or other coded job like IBR U stamp CE.
- System related abilities ( ERP SAP MS word Excel Power point etc )
- Knowedge of Fabrication Welding Buffing other manufacturing process.
