Job Summary

Job Title - Automation Engineer
Key Responsibilities Innovation & End-to-End Solution Development

Ideate design and drive end-to-end innovation projects from concept prototyping implementation testing deployment through iteration.
Build scalable cutting-edge solutions using full-stack development AI Generative AI (GenAI) and data science.
Solve complex business problems and create new product capabilities.

AI / Generative AI Development

Apply AI/GenAI techniques such as:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt Engineering
- Predictive Modeling
Develop intelligent product features prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering product design and data teams.
Identify innovation opportunities.
Assess technical feasibility.
Mitigate risks.
Deliver high-impact solutions.

Technical Reviews & System Optimization

Conduct technical reviews of systems and emerging technologies.
Evaluate readiness identify gaps risks and opportunities.
Provide recommendations and mitigation strategies.
Debug complex issues and optimize system performance.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Develop and maintain documentation for:
- Prototypes
- AI models
- Frameworks
- Innovation processes
Mentor junior engineers.
Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Contribute to dashboards metrics and business intelligence.

Continuous Learning & Ownership

Stay updated with emerging technologies AI advancements and innovation best practices.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience

3 years of hands-on software development experience
Proven track record in driving technical innovation projects
