Principal Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data identify trends and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards forecasts and performance reports.
- Support sales strategy by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Sales Marketing and Finance teams to optimize processes and workflows.
- Manage CRM data quality including updates standardization and reporting accuracy.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency across the sales organization.
- Engage with customers as needed to understand requirements address issues and provide operational support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Level Specifications:
- Supports the Customer Service and Sales team with analytics reporting and process optimization.
- Maintains CRM data accuracy and prepare operational reports.
- Contributes to sales strategy discussions through data-driven insights.
- Engage with customers occasionally to support operational or sales initiatives.
- Makes recommendations on process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Escalate complex operational or customer issues to Sales Operations Manager.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused capability for occasional customer interactions.
Work Experience:
- 2-5 years in sales operations business operations supply chain management and data analysis.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce) Microsoft applications (Excel PowerPoint) BI tools.
- Familiarity with sales processes forecasting and performance analytics.
Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
