Finance Analyst

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY

a. Job Task

Conduct monthly pricing tracking and analysis assess impacts on margin and profitability and proactively flag risks and opportunities to business stakeholders.

b. Job Task:

Strengthen cost controlling and validation for Asia plants and conduct batch variance and inventory analysis to support cost optimization and operational improvement.

c. Job Task:

Monitor raw material cost movements analyze significant YoY variances at SKU level and identify major drivers related to volume and price changes.

Deliver Proforma and profitability analysis including commercial terms assessment (incl. rebate agent and pricing) and cost structure analysis providing financial comments to support commercial decisionmaking

b. Job Task:

Manage rebate/agencyrelated financial activities including monthly payment control and accrual balance calculation and assess balancesheet impacts to ensure data accuracy and financial control.

教育背景要求

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or other related disciplines.

Around 5 years of relevant finance experience; manufacturing industry background is preferred.

Solid knowledge of finance fundamentals including financial analysis reporting and cost control.

Hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g. ERP reporting or consolidation systems).

技术/技能要求

Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.

English communication skills both written and verbal.

Good data and system skills with the ability to efficiently handle and analyze financial data; experience with data query or processing tools (e.g. advanced Excel functions Power Query or similar) is a plus.
