As a Procurement Trainee you will:

Learn intensively about Michelin our products and way of doing things;

Work together with our colleagues and your mentor until you gain independence for your own projects;

Put that knowledge into practice in real business scenarios:

Pass the orders in conformity with sourcing plans (electronic catalogs in priority) or by punctual delegation
Follow-up the delivery of the goods in accordance with process and Michelin Purchasing Principles
Identify non quality and send claim to the supplier
Send purchasing requests overcoming authorized amount to the buyer
Monitor the orders from request (in relation with sourcing plan) to delivery plans.
Send any necessary information to the suppliers (e.g. requestor delivery address packaging).
Follow-up the metrics (value creation)
Archive administrative documents.
