Job Summary
Our client is looking for Customs & Logistics Coordinators to join their team.
Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process transport and customs job requests via email.
- Upload and manage job details within the companys logistics and customs
- software systems.
- Book transport with third-party hauliers or allocate company vehicles where
- appropriate.
- Coordinate with hauliers to organise and confirm transport arrangements.
- Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm delivery requirements.
- Liaise with warehouses and loading facilities to ensure goods are prepared
- and ready for collection.
- Capture and allocate associated transport and operational charges within
- the logistics system.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and operational activities.
Key skills:
- Strong IT and administrative skills with confidence working in cloud-based
- software systems.
- Good organisational and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with hauliers warehouses and
- customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shipments simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics freight forwarding customs clearance or transport planning is beneficial
