About Us:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Your responsibilities will include other tasks which your manager may instruct you to undertake from time to time.

  • Assist with installations and commissioning of small to large scale pumping systems
  • Undertake mobilisation and demobilisation of pumping equipment
  • Assisting with maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment
  • Perform function testing of pumping systems
  • Flange Management
  • Ensuring timely completion for all inspections testing and safety paperwork
  • Work to system drawings and BOMs
  • Assisting or collaborating with other departments to achieve key business objectives
  • Manage OH&S and environmental hazards in the workplace and onsite
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and championing the NPE brand
  • Intra and interstate travel may be required
  • Other duties as directed by your supervisor

CORE COMPENTENCIES & SKILLS

Essential:

  • Construction Induction
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Forklift Licence (LF)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Ability to work with flexibility and initiative with limited direction or supervision
  • Patient flexible and adaptable to changing and challenging circumstances with great problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and an ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to work well with other team members and champion the NPE brand

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Mining environment with dewatering operation
  • Working at heights
  • Confined Space Entry
  • High risk Crane (CN / CV) Licence
  • HR Licence
  • Experience in a Mining environment with dewatering operations.
