Situated in the heart of the Lachlan Valley in Central West NSW Red Bend Catholic College is a co-educational Years 7-12 Catholic Day and Boarding school in the Marist tradition. The College educates over 860 students from rural regional and remote areas to provide an extensive Catholic education. The ICT Systems Technician will assist and support the maintenance and ongoing development of the ICT Facilities at Red Bend Catholic College.
A priority of this position is the maintenance of and the efficient running of the College network infrastructure and end-user equipment. This position will provide client-centred solution-focused solutions to staff students and parents of RBCC through the management of the Help Desk and support escalations as required.
This position will also be responsible for developing and enhancing systems that will enable RBCC to transform our data into business and academic metrics while refining the integrations of the current RBCC ICT this area tasks will be dynamic and varied across a range of disciplines and may include report design data extraction and presentation the development of administration tools and the integration of third-party products and systems.
