About the Role

We are expanding the team and looking for two Repair Technicians to deliver high-quality repair and service work while maintaining strong customer relationships and the highest safety standards.

You will carry out planned and unplanned repair works on elevators and associated equipment in line with service contracts company policies and KONE processes. Youll work on-site liaising with customers supervisors and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow WHS requirements and stop work if unsafe conditions exist

  • Perform comprehensive repair and service works safely and efficiently

  • Identify additional repair needs and communicate with customers and supervisors

  • Ensure equipment performance safety and compliance

  • Accurately complete real-time job and time reporting

  • Support team members and lead technicians when required

  • Raise sales leads for repair and modernisation opportunities

What Youll Need

  • Qualified Electrician

  • Lift industry experience preferred but not essential

  • Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Motivated and self- starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
