Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Relationship Manager – Business Loan Against Property (LAP) to expand business in the Varanasi market. The role involves sourcing loan cases building strong relationships with channel partners and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source Business LAP cases through DSA connectors and open market channels.
Build and maintain relationships with DSA partners brokers and referral networks.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-disbursement support.
Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales.
Good network with DSA or channel partners will be an advantage.
