Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Business Loan Against Property (LAP) to drive business through DSA and open market channels in the NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business managing partner relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source Business LAP cases through DSA connectors and open market channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners brokers and referral networks.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policy.
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
Strong network with DSA or channel partners will be an added advantage.
