Nursing Home Support Manager 50000 Weymouth & Bournemouth
Youll be supporting a group of nursing homes across Weymouth and Bournemouth this role provides operational oversight to ensure each service runs safely compliantly and effectively. You will be supporting Home Managers to review performance support teams and implement improvements where required.
Before You Apply
This role requires previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
A full UK driving licence is required as the role involves travel between homes.
Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) is strongly preferred due to the clinical nature of the services.

What Youll Need
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager
Nursing Qualification (RGN/RMN)
Strong understanding of nursing home regulations compliance and inspections
Experience managing care quality staffing and operational performance
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between homes
Confidence supporting and challenging leadership teams where required
What Youll Do
Provide operational oversight and leadership support to Nursing Home Managers
Monitor care quality compliance and service standards across multiple homes
Review financial performance including budgets reporting and occupancy levels
Support recruitment development and performance management of leadership teams
Implement action plans to address regulatory operational or quality issues
Maintain working relationships with residents families and external regulators
