Coordinator Granting Three Positions Available
(Two Full-Time Permanent Positions; One Full-Time Temporary Position Until June 25 2027)

Expected Start Date: Typically 2-3 weeks after offer has been accepted.
Accountability: Reporting to Senior Manager Granting.
Salary: $67100 annually plus pension and a generous comprehensive benefits package that includes dedicated funds for professional development.
Hours of Work: 35-hour work week MondayFriday. For most of us most weeks we work a 32-hour week Monday to Thursday. Occasional evening or weekend hours and some travel may be required.

Vancouver Foundation supports hybrid work arrangements with flexibility to work from home while some in-office presence may be required. Our office is located on the second and third floors of a building with elevator access and includes a single-stall gender-neutral washroom with a shower.

About the Position
The Coordinator Granting supports the delivery of consistent accurate and equitable granting processes across Vancouver Foundations grant programs. The role coordinates administrative and operational activities throughout the granting cycle including application intake review adjudication and transition to post-award stewardship to ensure predictable and compliant workflows.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Granting the Coordinator works closely with colleagues across Grants & Community Initiatives Finance and other internal teams as well as with community advisors and external partners. The role supports prospective and current grantees maintains data integrity in the grants management system and ensures clear communication and smooth handoffs across each stage of the granting process.
This position plays an important role in supporting fair and informed decision-making responding to inquiries and identifying opportunities to improve granting practices and systems. Grounded in equity cultural humility and psychological safety the role supports ethical granting and positive relationships with communities and partners.

You are an organized and detail-oriented professional who values clear processes fairness and collaboration. You bring strong coordination skills sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
