Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
13 years of experience in Human Resources ideally within insurance or financial services
Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment onboarding and offboarding
Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR best practices
Exposure to US HR processes is considered an asset
Experience administering payroll benefits and maintaining employee records
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Canadian and US teams
Proficiency with HRIS systems Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
CHRP designation (or working towards certification) is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
