Job Summary
Position: Program Coordinator / Project Coordinator (PCO)
Location: Hybrid Toronto (Downtown varies between 03 days in office depending on project phase)
Structure: Contract till August (Go-Live) potential extension
Pay: Up to $75.00/hr

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our enterprise clients in a contract capacity!
This role will support a high-impact late-stage ERP program and requires someone who can step in quickly operate in a fast-paced environment and provide strong coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:
810 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management support
Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations (SAP or similar preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with MS Project (critical requirement)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office suite
Proven experience working in fast-paced high-pressure program environments
Strong understanding of project tracking reporting and milestone management
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders including PMs and business teams
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including meeting minutes and reporting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Ability to quickly ramp up and hit the ground running with minimal supervision
