Synergie Australia is growing and were looking for a driven high-performing Coordinator to take ownership of a blue-collar desk in our Liverpool office.
This role will havea strong focus on end-to-end recruitment for our key clients. Youll step into live jobs and existing clients and your success will be driven by your ability to build long-term partnerships.
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage existing client accounts
- Run the end-to-end candidate experienceproviding exceptional service
- Recruit across blue-collar roles
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain a ready-to-go workforce
- Ensure compliance payroll accuracy and smooth onboarding
This is a fast-paced high-volume environment based in a high performing team.
What You Bring
- 12 years agency recruitment experience (blue collar preferred) OR Retail/Customer service experience regarded
- Confidence managing client relationships
- Strong communication skills
- A results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving target-driven environment
- Currently studying towards a degree in HR or related field with a strong interest in recruitment
