Synergie Australia is growing and were looking for a driven high-performing recruiter to take ownership of a blue-collar desk in our Liverpool office.

This is a 180 role with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment for our key clients. Youll step into live jobs and existing clients and your success will be driven by your ability to build long-term partnerships.

What Youll Be Doing

Manage existing client accounts
Run the 180-recruitment cycle providing exceptional candidate experience
Recruit across blue-collar roles
Build strong talent pipelines and maintain a ready-to-go workforce
Ensure compliance payroll accuracy and smooth onboarding

This is a fast-paced high-volume environment where your hustle directly impacts your earnings.

12 years agency recruitment experience (blue collar preferred)
Confidence managing client relationships
Strong communication skills
A results-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving target-driven environment
