The Role
This is primarily a new business role around 70% of your time will be focused on identifying and building a new client portfolio. Youll be building relationships with childcare centres and OSHC providers understanding their staffing challenges and positioning our solutions to help them thrive.
Proactively prospect and generate new business leads
Build and nurture relationships with centre directors coordinators and Management Teams
Pitch and present our recruitment services to new clients
Travel locally and interstate for client meetings and company conferences (with advance notice provided)
Collaborate with our recruitment consultants to deliver seamless service
Manage your pipeline and hit monthly new business targets
About You
02 years experience in sales business development or account management (recruitment experience a bonus but not essential)
Comfortable with cold calling door knocking and getting in front of people face-to-face
Willing and able to travel locally and interstate when required
A natural communicator who loves meeting new people and building trust
Self-motivated resilient and comfortable picking up the phone
Curious about the childcare and education sector
Organised target-driven and eager to grow
Familiarity with a CRM system such as HubSpot is a bonus but if you havent used one before well get you up to speed
