Shift Details

• Site Manager will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
• This person will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to coach/develop your team.
• As the Site Manager the person must be able to work outside these times depending on business needs.

• Valet Team Operating Hours
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am - 5:00pm

Minimum Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent isrequired
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• Possess a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• Possesses avalid in-state activedrivers license (No temp license or permits accepted.)
• At least two years of supervisory or management experiencerequired
• Mustbe comfortable/have experience withproviding valet services and driving a variety of vehicles

Key Responsibilities

• Daily training coaching and development of the team
• Create and manage the schedule ofdirect reports
• Establish and maintain a friendly working relationship with hospital staff and management
• Assist the team with all daily valet services that are required of your team.
• Use weekly customer service metric reporting to deliver a white-glove customer service experience
• Demonstrateleadership skills and maintain a high bar for what customer service looks like for your team
• Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents accidents or claims with the appropriate HR representative

Summary and all Qualifications

As theSite Manager for our Valet Team you will set the tone for excellence for our healthcare client. You will ensure seamless Valet and Parking Operations across MUSC Healths Medical Center campus leading and mentoring your Valet Team.

You will work closely with hospital administration and your onsite team to ensure every interaction reflects Onsight Healthcares people come first philosophy. From safety and scheduling to training and client relations youll have a direct hand in shaping the overall experience and operational success of the site.

Position Requirements

• Ability topass all onboarding screening processes
• Work a flexible full-time schedule that includes days evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role
• Ability to move with urgency and speed
• Safely and physically ableto lift up to 50 lbs
• Willeffectively build relationships with hospital staff patients guests and team
• Can communicate clearly/effectively and is able to motivate/lead a diverse team
• Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather rain sleet snow and other inclement weather
• Physical involvement will include walking standing pushing and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patients vehicle all while delivering outstanding customer service
• Must be able to speak read and write Standard English
• Drive a manual transmission (not required but a plus)

• Will operate a laptop/tablet daily to manage communication run reports complete trainings and check in guests vehicles
• Create and manage the schedule of all direct reports

• Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality/valet services
• Demonstrateleadership skills and maintain a high bar for what customer service looks like for your team
• Will effectively build relationships with patients guests and hospital staff!
• Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents accidents or claims with the appropriate HR representative
• Always maintain proper staffing levels to ensure superior customer service and operating standards are met through proper scheduling and in the moment coaching of your team
