Job Summary

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for successful delivery of HR systems and process solutions.

  • Responsible for optimizing recruitment system and process efficiencies.

  • Responsible for maintenance and enhancements of current processes.

  • Responsible to track and drive adoption of new technology/systems.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Process and Technology Enhancements

  • Ensure all the set processes for TA are system driven.

  • Working with external vendors and tech partners to resolve system related issues faced by the HR team.

  • Acting as TA project manager for assigned system/tech projects and ensure timely completion of the project.

  • UAT management for TA applications and systems.

  • Address day to day queries from TA partners and other team members on systems/processes managed.

  • Ensure all vendor payments are managed in a timely manner.

  • Support delivery team with relevant data points accesses and ensure systems work as per defined process.

  • Create SOPs and user manuals.

Internal Platform Training and Adoption

  • Identifying training needs of end users and working with technology partners to develop and provide the necessary training to meet those needs.

  • Track platform usage and publish relevant metrices to drive adoption of all applications.

  • Ensure laid down processes are adhered to by all users.

Process and Compliance

  • Critically review existing processes and identify change areas.

  • Market benchmarking of processes and systems.

  • Draft process notes Job cards and guidelines on TA processes.

  • Ensure processes are in line with Regulatory and internal guidelines

  • Ensure policy compliance across TA processes and systems and develop a governance mechanism.

  • Ensure that vendor management related activities are as per policy.

  • Highlight process gaps if any and propose solutions for addressing them.

  • Engage with multiple internal teams and stakeholders on process design and approvals.

  • HR business experience

  • Experience of successfully managing technology projects and roll outs

  • Ability to work and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong analytical skills - ability to assess processes and outcomes by establishing and interpreting metrics

  • Strong verbal/ written communication and listening skills

  • Strong organization and planning skills to enable management of multiple priorities

  • Experienced with HRMS modules including recruitment talent management etc.
