Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Designer to join our team in creating next-generation Power management solutions. We are looking for a visionary designer to lead the transition from traditional PMICs to Intelligent Power Systems. You will take full ownership of the design cycle from architecture definition till Tapeout.
Core Responsibilities
- Ownership of Digital Micro architecture : Develop optimized sub-block architectures translating complex requirements into efficient RTL and gate-level netlists. Create New IP solution distributed between Analog and digital.
- Must have experience of designing complex state machines Power sequencers various control loops and data processing modules.
- Lead silicon debug perform root-cause analysis and drive design-to-silicon correlation to ensure first-pass success.
- Deep expertise in power-sensitive digital design power estimation CDC ( clock domain crossing) Lint flows.
- Knowledge of OTP Efuse controllers various memories controllers.
- Mastery of communication protocol I2C SPI PMBUS SVI3 and SVID. You are expected to build High speed low pin count custom Interface solution.
- Should be able to implement and analyse filters & feedback loops in Digital conversant with Z-domain analysis.
- Must have done multiple silicon debugs root cause analysis of issues design to silicon correlation etc.
- Should understand commonly used control loop architectures (Constant Freq Constant ON/OFF Time Current mode etc) and pros/limitations of each.
- A track record of bringing innovative architecture and implementation ideas to meet evolving impossible specs.
- Adaptive Learning have passion for staying ahead of industry trends and applying new methodologies to legacy problems.
- Experience working closely with Analog teams to co-optimize system performance.
- Architect high-performance diagnostic algorithms and control scheme.
- Should be able to implement and analyse filters & feedback loops in Digital conversant with Z-domain analysis.
- Must have done multiple silicon debugs root cause analysis of issues design to silicon correlation etc.
- Should understand commonly used control loop architectures (Constant Freq Constant ON/OFF Time Current mode etc) and pros/limitations of each.
- Should have good understanding of DFT timing and layout issues. You are expected to closely work with cross functional team align with them in terms of deliverables and receivables.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering
- 3 to 14 years in Digital Design and experience of working on Mixed Signal ICs especially PMICs.
- Solid understanding and design experience of complex AMS designs.
- Chip design Verification Silicon validation debugs Qual support and taking ICs to production.
- Must be a technical leader & team player mentor and should strive towards fostering a highly creative and productive working environment
